At CR Coffees LLC, we want you to enjoy every cup of coffee we roast. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee (No-Return Refund)

We stand behind the quality of our beans. If the coffee you received doesn't meet your expectations—whether it's the flavor, roast, or grind—you do not need to ship the coffee back to us.

Keep the Coffee

If you aren't satisfied, please keep the bag and perhaps share it with a friend or family member who might enjoy that specific roast.

Our Promise

Simply contact us within 30 days of your delivery date, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send you a different roast to try, free of charge.

Returns for Non-Coffee Items (Equipment & Merch)

For brewing equipment, mugs, or apparel, we do require a physical return:

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Returns for these items must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To process your request, please follow these steps:

Briefly let us know why the coffee didn't work for you (this feedback is vital for our roasting team!).

Let us know if you prefer a full refund or a replacement bag of a different roast.

Processing Time

Once your request is submitted, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-10 business days. Refunds typically appear on your bank statement within 10-15 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will ship the correct items to you right away at no additional cost.
